Proper Solutions LLC is a Florida limited liability company that provides payment processing services and merchant consultation to businesses, including transparent Interchange-Plus and Zero-Fee merchant programs.
2. SMS Messaging Program (Required Disclosures)
The following terms apply specifically to our SMS / text messaging program. They are provided in compliance with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and 10DLC carrier registration requirements.
2.1 Program Description
By submitting your phone number on a Proper Solutions web form, you opt in to receive SMS messages from Proper Solutions related to your inquiry. Messages may include: (a) confirmation that we received your request, (b) follow-up to schedule a brief consultation, (c) delivery of your custom rate analysis, (d) appointment reminders, and (e) customer-care responses to your questions.
2.2 How to Opt In
You opt in by voluntarily submitting your phone number through a public web form on our Site. Each form displays the following consent disclosure directly above the submit button, visible before you submit:
“By submitting, you agree to receive SMS messages and emails from Proper Solutions about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.”
We do not purchase phone numbers, do not message numbers that have not opted in, and do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.
2.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. A typical inquiry results in 1–4 messages. We do not send recurring promotional broadcasts.
2.4 Costs
Proper Solutions does not charge you for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.
2.5 How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We also recognize the keywords CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT, and STOPALL. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt back in. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.
2.6 Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP or INFO to any message. You will receive a reply with our contact information and a link to these Terms. You may also email us at support@propersolutions.com.
2.7 Supported Carriers
The SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2.8 Privacy
We treat your phone number, message content, and opt-in status as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
2.9 Eligibility
The SMS program is intended for U.S.-based business owners and decision-makers age 18 or older. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the phone number you submitted is yours or that you have authority to receive messages on it.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) transmit malware, spam, or harassing content; or (d) attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Site.
4. No Financial / Legal / Tax Advice
Information on the Site, including rate comparisons, savings estimates, and processor analyses, is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Actual processing rates and fees depend on your specific business and the agreement entered with the underlying processor.
5. Disclaimers
The Site and the SMS program are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or messages will be uninterrupted, error-free, or delivered to any particular device.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proper Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the SMS program. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
7. Changes to These Terms

8. Governing Law
